  • The Ruta de la Ribera del Duero

    . The river Duero crosses one of the grape and wine growing regions with most personality in the country. The Ribera del Duero, a leader of the Castilla y León wines, can boast of being one of the most important Denominación de Origen areas in the region. It is not in the heart of the great passage of the Duero for nothing.

  • The Ruta de los Cimborrios, Toro

    . Toro, an area prized with DO, is located within the region of Zamora divided by the Duero with Tierra del Pan to the north and Tierra del Vino to the south.

  • The Ruta del Vino Rosado, Cigales

    . The Cigales DO area extends across the northern part of the Duero hollow, on the banks of the river Pisuerga.

  • The Ruta de la Uva Mozárabe, Rueda, Verdejo

    . The Rueda DO wine, although it produces white, rosé and red wines, has earned a place on the Spanish grape and wine growing panorama thanks to its "verdejo" white variety, which gives its white wines their aromatic potential.

    . The los Arribes del Duero route, is one of the most beautiful routes in the Iberian Peninsula for the vineyards form an integral part of the landscape: the vineyards that are growing on the hillsides that go down to the river triple the environment's beauty.

    . Known as "The North East Volcano", El Bierzo is one of the potentially most important grape and wine growing regions in Castilla y León. Located to the north east of the province of León, it is on the border with Galicia and it represents an important transition area between this Community, Asturias and the rest of the León province.

    . The wine region of Valtiendas, in the north east of the province of Segovia, borders on the Ribera del Duero DO area, in the neighbourhood of one of the most beautiful and most natural areas in the region:the Hoces del Duratón.

  • . The geographic area of León's Vinos de la Tierra covers the regions of El Cea, Los Oteros and Valdevimbre. It is set in the centre part of the province of León and covers several towns from the neighbouring Valladolid.

    . The Ribera del Arlanza region is in the centre of the province of Burgos, at about 40 kilometres from the capital, just in the middle and lower valley of the river Arlanza

  • The Ruta del Vino de Cebreros.

    . The grape and wine-growing region of Cebreros is located to the south east of the province of Ávila. It rests among mountainous areas and hillocks where there are abundant masses of pine-trees, oak-trees, thickets and land scrubs used for cultivating vineyards and olive groves, reaching its highest point in the south east, in the Sierra Merina. Also, it is the only grape and wine-growing region where the "garnacha" variety prevails.
